This class is designed for those wanting a great workout, but can't handle the up, down, and other jarring movements associated with boot camps and CrossFit.
**Classes are EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 8:30am.
Monday's Class: Upper Body
Wednesday's Class: Lower Body
Friday's Class: Full Body
